The hotel lacked some essential amenities such as air conditioning and a private bathroom. the room temperature was uncomfortably high, leading to a poor experience.

The hotel provided us with a luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities like exquisite room advantages and an alluring swimming pool. the restaurant was remarkable, serving mouth-watering dishes that were cooked to perfection. Our personal facilities were lavish and met all our private needs. its location was favorable, near all the major attractions of the city.
The service lacked the warmth and friendliness one usually finds in a 5-star hotel. Despite this minor issue, the bar/lounge area was welcoming, and we had a pleasant time relaxing and enjoying our drinks.
